Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Basmati rice, cooked
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1" Cinnamon stick
- 5 cloves
- 4 green chillies
- 1 Green Cardamom
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp broken cashews
- 2 tbsp oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick and fry for a minute.
- Add green chillies, cumin seeds, broken cashew and fry till cashews turn golden brown.
- Add the rice, salt and mix well.
- Serve hot.
