1 Ltr Milk
1/2 cup sugar
few strands of saffron
1/2 tsp Ilachi powder
Pista and badam to garnish.


Bring milk to a boil in a non stick pan.
Reduce the flame and keep stirring till the milk is reduced to half.
Add sugar and simmer for some more time till milk thickens to rabdi.
Add cardamom powder.

Garnish with the nuts and serve.
