Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Black Channa ( soaked over night & boiled)
- 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Small Tomato, finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Sev (optional)
Method:
- In a bowl, mix together channa, onions, tomato, chillies & cilantro.
- Add salt, chaat masala, lemon juice & mix well.
- Garnish with sev & serve.
