Channa Chaat


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Black Channa ( soaked over night & boiled)
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Small Tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Sev (optional)

Method:

  • In a bowl, mix together channa, onions, tomato, chillies & cilantro.
  • Add salt, chaat masala, lemon juice & mix well.
  • Garnish with sev & serve.
* You can also make this with Chickpeas.
