Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Rice
- 1 Cup Urad dal
- 1/2 cup Poha
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1" ginger, grated
- 4 Green chillies, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak rice, dal, poha in water for 8-10 hrs.Grind this to a smooth batter.
- Leave it to ferment for 6-8 hrs.
- Mix salt, grated ginger, chopped onions to the batter.
- Heat tava & pour some batter & spread dosa.
- Sprinkle (1tsp)some oil on the corner of the dosa
- Cover it with a lid & let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Turn the dosa & cook on the other side for a minute & serve hot with chutney.
