- 2 Cups Whole Urad dal
- 3/4 Cup Sugar, powdered
- 1/2 Cup melted ghee
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- Roast the urad dal to golden brown color on a low flame.
- Remove & allow it to cool.
- Grind the dal to a coarse powder.(should be like super fine sand)
- Mix dal powder, sugar & cardamom powder thoroughly.
- Pour in ghee & mix well.Shape into balls & store.
- Add little ghee if needed.This can be stored for many days.
