Paneer Fried Rice


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 1 Cup Paneer, cubed
  • 1 Carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Beans, finely chopped
  • 1 Capsicum, chopped
  • 4 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 3-4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1" Ginger piece, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 2tsp Vinegar
  • 2tsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • Chopped Spring Onions

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, chillies and saute for a minute.
  • Add the chopped vegetables, paneer and fry on a high flame for a couple of minutes.
  • Add ajinomoto, pepper powder, salt and mix well & saute for a minute.
  • Add vinegar, soya sauce , rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve hot.
