Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice (cooked)
- 1 Cup Paneer, cubed
- 1 Carrot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Beans, finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum, chopped
- 4 Green chillies, finely chopped
- 3-4 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1" Ginger piece, grated
- 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
- 2tsp Vinegar
- 2tsp Soya Sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
- Chopped Spring Onions
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, chillies and saute for a minute.
- Add the chopped vegetables, paneer and fry on a high flame for a couple of minutes.
- Add ajinomoto, pepper powder, salt and mix well & saute for a minute.
- Add vinegar, soya sauce , rice and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve hot.
