Onion Pakoda


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 2 Onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 green chillies, minced
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • Oil to deep fry

Method :

  • Mix besan, rice flour, salt, cumin powder, chillies, chilli powder, together.
  • Add onions and make a batter adding lil water.Batter should be thick.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop little by little batter with your fingers to form pakodas.
  • Fry till pakodas are crisp and brown.
  • Remove and serve hot.
