Ingredients:
- 3 Potatoes, partially cooked & cubed
- 2 Capsicums, cubed
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- A large pinch of Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder/Amchur
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds & asafoetida, when the cumin seeds start to crackle add the potatoes and fry till potatoes are slightly browned.
- Add the capsicum and continue to fry till capsicums are done.
- Add the turmeric powder,salt, coriander powder, cumin powder,amchur, chilli powder, garam masala and stir.
- Continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
- Remove and serve hot.
